Actually this is the farthest thing from that garbage!

Cucumbers, apples, carrots, beets, red cabbage, jalapenos, flat leaf parsley, lemon grass & lemon. This mildly sweet number is my best effort to date, so refreshing! Best part is the jalapeano smacks you in the face as the finish. Brilliant!
